LOUISIANA LOVE LANGUAGE

Hey y’all! Chef Elena here, just sharing a little back story!

My passion is preparing beautiful and flavorful dishes with a Southern Louisiana twist. Being the only girl out of five children I was always in the kitchen helping my Creole mama cook for our big family. My grandmother “Maw-Maw”, who was born and raised in Opelousas, Louisiana also taught me so many cooking tips and shared many secret recipes that was passed down for many years. I love sharing these amazing dishes and heartwarming Southern hospitality with everyone who gives me the opportunity to do so!

The services I offer are small and large catering, weddings, corporate lunches, special date nights, customized meal preps, brunches and plate lunches every Friday!

I am so thankful for this wonderful gift that God has blessed me with and am always honored to share it with others through delicious food made with love.
